PUDO offers 3 ways to order for a Pick-Up and Drop Offs.
- Instant Delivery: Users can place an order on our super app in your local store and get your order delivered at your selected time of delivery. We allow minimum of 1 hour from notifications to deliver your orders on time.
- Scheduled Delivery: Do you know what you want to order today, tomorrow or next week or up to two weeks in advance. Place your order and your selected time for delivery and we will deliver your groceries to your location of choice.
- Self Pick-Up: Skip the rush and the queue at check out at your local grocery stores, place your order on our app and pick up your items at the store from our agents/stations. Save on delivery fees. Service Fee apply.
Curbside Pick UP service allows our users to place orders online and save time they would normally spend shopping in the store. Curbside pickup also enables our users to pick up their orders for pick up at their local store at their own convenience by choosing a slot that works best for them. Service fees apply (5% to 20%)
(Pickup time slot is every hour from 7am to 9pm)
SHOPPER/GROCERS Our in-store shopper are our employees who shop, bag orders in the store at a time and bring orders out to our users. They work 20 hours minimum per week PT No Car required for this position or duty.
How it works
1. Customer place order via our app.
2.Shopper/Grocers/DOERs receives notification of the orders.
3. Orders are picked out. bagged, and ready for pickup. Send out notification
4. Customer receive notification of order ready for pickup
5. Customer arrives at curbside to receive orders, Customer verified, and groceries/orders are place in the car.
