There are a few ways to get paid with PUDO:Debit Pay, Instant Pay, and Weekly Pay. With the PUDO debit card, you get pay weekly., you can use Debit Pay and get paid instantly after each ride is complete. With Instant Pay, you pay a $0.85 fee to have your earnings transferred to your account within a short time. And with Weekly Pay, your earnings are transferred into your account every Tuesday or Wednesday morning depending on your selected day on your onboarding, Payment will arrive within two business days.
PUDO offers 6 types of earning.
1 – Bonuses
Bonuses are typically available when more passengers need rides, and more drivers are needed on the road pick-up riders. So, we’re more likely to offer bonuses during the busy times, in busy locations to be precise. This helps to earn more.
2 – Upfront Pay
Upfront offer is the fare you are paid for each ride you accept. You have the oppourtunity to view the fare for a ride before you accept or decline it. Upfront pay is based on a number of factors which may include estimated time and distance to complete the ride, your travel to the pickup point, drop-off location, demand for rides in your area, and other factors that may arise.
3 – Tips
Our DOERs keep 100% of the tips our end users choose to give you. Our App has a built in tipping system to make it easy for our riders to say thanks, and because our drivers appreciate it.. Our Riders or End users can tip during and after the ride or set an automatic tip, so they never forget. And if they forget to, they have the possibility to tip our drivers after the ride is completed.
4 – Membership Savings
Get our membership plans or perks and find more opportunities to earn and save more of your earning.
5 – PUDO Vehicle Service Plan.
PUDO Membership Rewards gives our drivers a 5 to 20% off vehicle services at participating Mechanic shops. Our partnership helps keep our drivers on the road with quality, low-cost vehicle services, so that our drivers can stay busy and keep earning.
6 – Peak Time
The busiest times to drive are typically during happy hour, rush hour (morning and evening) Night outs and weekend hours. The PUDO DOER app shows you earning opportunities by the day and weeks ahead (as well as times to drive), We also lets you know where passengers are and where to drive to earn more). You can make more when you use the app to find passenger demand. It’s good to remember that there are few days in the year to mark on your schedule to earn more, like holidays, Easter, St. Patrick’s Day, Halloween, New Year’s Eve, Concerts and Game days across the country.
Earning per trip
Our Doers (drivers) earn on average between $5 to $30 per trip depending on locality and demand.

- D- Driver 1 earns 2.25% as commission from their 2nd tier recruit
- O- Driver 2 earns 1.25% as commission from 3rd tier recruit

- R- Driver 4 earns 0.45% as commission from 5th tier recruit
- S- Driver 5 earns 0.30% as commission.
- 5% = PUDO membership tier payout program
- Our goal is to have 50,000 -100,000 every day services by our Doers in our first year of service using our tier payout. Our tier payout is additional to their take home pay and this depends on the commitment levels and sales skills of each doers(drivers or individual). Our membership tier payout has unlimited possibilities as well as endless opportunities that rewards doers with extra incentives.
